Pros
VC3 is in an exciting stage of growth, and you really feel it day to day, in a good way. The company is intentional about improving how we serve clients and how we support employees, and that focus shows in the investments being made across teams, processes, and leadership structure. There’s a strong emphasis on metrics, which some people may see as intense, but I see it as a positive. VC3 uses data to help us understand where we are, where we need to go, and how we can continuously raise the bar. It’s motivating to work in an environment that wants to win the right way, through clarity, accountability, and consistent improvement. The people here care deeply about our clients and about each other. Collaboration is encouraged, hard work is recognized, and there’s a shared drive to deliver quality at scale. For those who enjoy ownership, problem-solving, and being part of a company that’s genuinely evolving, VC3 provides plenty of opportunity.
Cons
Change is not bad. With growth comes change, and sometimes that means adjusting to new processes or shifting priorities. Not everything is perfect yet, and there’s always room for improvement, but the direction and intent are strong.
