Pros
For a regular overnight 3-day work week overnight that lasted until about noon daylight, I never got bored, I liked the independence of working for a company that actually valued and cared about what they do. The regular times I had off were times for initial rest which also gave me time to think and pursue my interests. V+B allowed me to discover more of the Gig-economy and what is possible when you are working for yourself, Thanks V+B.
Cons
There has been times not many, where a delay in communication took time to resolve an issue. However, upper management was always responsive to my requests for resolution.
