Pros
Customers love VAT products and the leadership here is King! Family oriented and first class with opportunities for those that choose to be productive and work.
Cons
The growth of the company is putting strain on the factory in Switzerland. Recently the company moved HQ from the East coast to San Jose. Some employees were negatively affected. Other employees that were not productive in their roles were also affected, hence some negative review for VAT. All in all, this is a great place to work with plenty of opportunities. New Hire employees have been thrilled for such an opportunity.
