Cons
Unwillingness to take concerns of employees seriously. Inconsistent "rules" or "policies". Not everything applies to everyone. If you are not part of the favored, you will be made to feel as if your very valid concerns are outrageous. The work culture is not good. Not much growth potential. Communication from the top down is flawed and inconsistent. No work/life balance.
