The colleagues are great people

Cons

At first it all looks great and spirits are high. Until you find out after a month how things really work at VanMoof. Support does not have the tools to really solve problems since the bike is full of flaws. Not just the latest model. Since the electrified s1 had been launched there have been many problems with every model. Structural problems know at management are intentionally not solved. And essential parts of older models are discontinued leaving customers hanging with a useless bike and support agents with nothing but apologies to make.

The ability to work on cutting edge bicycles

Cons

Poor leadership & management, family dynamics woven into work locations, subpar software for the cutting edge bicycles being sold to customers.
