People go to extreme to make a sale e.g I watched some of the female team members actually flirt to make a sale and I don’t think any job is worth reducing your self respect.

Are often shouted at by the Managing Director when sales targets are being hit You pay in to a bond (total of $1500) to cover rejected sales, but you will not get this back when you leave and are never given proof of these supposed rejected sales Team nights and socialising outside of work is only to retain you - you are not their friend and once you leave the business they do not want you to socialise with current employees ("independent contractors")
