      Pros

      They will provide a decent salary and time off. However, no amount of money could be worth the time waste this place is.

      Cons

      This is the most nepotistic environmental I could ever imagine. Management plays favorites and is incredibly childish. They have no experienced engineers. Also, any sort of mentoring/training is unheard of. The job they describe to you is NOT the job you will be doing. They rejected a candidate for employment because her Facebook said LGBTQ /BLM. It was a truly frustrating and upsetting place to work.

      Awesome, friendly work environment. Work life balance is great. Paid medical insurance 5% 401k match, 3 weeks PTO. Company is growing.

      Pros

      The work/life balance is great. All of the managers I've been under really understand that "life happens" and have been flexible with anything that pops up. They have been very supportive and try to help you succeed in anything you do.
