Pros

Certain employees were nice enough to endure working there for 6 months.

Cons

As other reviewers said, the CEO/dictator micromanages every position. This would be fine if he was a reasonable manager, however he clearly lacks communication and social skills. He also hires family members and gives them special treatments. This act of nepotism is supposed to be kept a secret. I was warned about this company before I started working here but decided to go for it since I found the products interesting. Bad mistake. I believe I aged 10 years in the short 6 months that I worked there. This is a very toxic and unprofessional working environment and if you want to be underpaid and poorly treated then this is the company for you.

Pros

-If you have a pulse, you're qualified and they will hire you -They pretend having a college degree is mandatory but many of the product managers and engineers don't have one. People were hired with no experience at all. -4 out of 60 employees who work there are respectful to others and good human beings -Opportunities to advance due to the high turnover rate in the sales department -Good benefits (that they don't like you to use)

Cons

-Odd culture of negativity and condescension that streams down from the top and is completely toxic to the company and the working environment. -No job security. -Agreements and promises are never fulfilled. -No professionalism. -Insufficient training and no structured training to put it mildly. -All training material and most products are outdated, no innovation. -You are expendable, no one is valued. -If you have a suggestion, keep it to yourself, they don't want to hear it. -Complete absents of communication
