Pros

- A great office in Prague that makes coming in genuinely enjoyable. Everyone is always willing to help, no matter the situation. - The DEI work is truly impressive, thoughtful, educational, and consistently bringing people closer together. - The Employee Experience team stands out for the impact they make; they create an environment that makes you want to be in the office every day.

Cons

Management is not that open for feedback even though they say they are. People fear them and would not open up as they have seen it backfire countless times. People that speak up are being seen as a problem instead of a solution oriented person that is trying to help. Long hours are expected, however, the compensation in Prague should be improved. We are also the only European hub with 5 less vacation days than other hubs which just simply makes no sense and should be an easy fix.

Pros

- Trainings + tools for becoming AI native: They recently rolled out Claude for the entire company. A huge investment, which is underscored by trainings, supportive Slack channels, talks, and more. I really appreciate that they're investing in their employees (and the org) becoming AI native. - Great values they actually mean: I have worked at many tech companies that like to pretend they have great values but only do so for the optics. In contrast, this place walks the walk. So much DEI is getting cut from companies. Usercentrics continues to invest. - Smart colleagues + great growth trajectory: Not much more to say here other than that.

Sometimes I get too many meetings put on my calendar
