The environment is ever changing, as there are shifts in managers and employees. They were not afraid to let almost their entire Maryland office go during the pandemic with no heads up or compensation (very likely was not due to Covid). You're expected to bend over backwards for almost every customer, and your hours will very likely go past typical work hours.
