The new COO has been a disaster is an understatement. The COO is deeply in love with himself and his image. They seem to favor people who are their image. Arrogant confidence is misunderstood for skill. Toxic people are promoted. YOU CAN ONLY GROW HERE BY PULLING DOWN OTHERS. Silent warriors are squeezed till their last drop of blood and pushed out. People matching their image are encouraged and others are shut down unceremoniously in meetings. Diversity is being killed. It is understandable a new executive wants to change things to show off their presence. Here it is a daily show of uncooked, toxic, “pot stirring”. If that fails they look for scapegoat heads to expend. Anyone who is unlike their love image of self will be sacrificed. Toxicity & dysfunction have become worse than when the CEO was in charge.
