      It gives an opportunity to start a career in radio

      Cons

      Management plays favorites with employees, pay less than desirable, abusive employees and managers are protected, overworks those who don't have a life, doesn't care about one's mental health, doesn't allow everyone to advance and get promoted.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
