Pros
-Great product -40% off discount (but always off the original price. Sale items were either sale price or 40% or regular price) -Custom made sofas. The sofas are made in Vancouver, Canada! -When I was there I had an amazing manager and team. -Being a smaller company there was a lot of room for growth there. I knew of people that made there way from sales associate to a manager position to head office positions in a matter of a year.
Cons
-I honestly don't really have any cons. I definitely had some earlier in my time there because they were a small company figuring things out, but by the time I left those problems were sorted out, or at least in the process. -They did get a little pushy about sales towards the end of my time there. They got a new CEO and it was all about money for her.
