Worst Management EVER. - Customer Support Representative Upwork Employee Review

-Got ZERO pay raise as the company never believes in rewarding you. I was working 12+ hours a day and was never appreciated. -CEO, Support Leaders are pathetic with no vision, no sense of professionalism and no experience. No wonder the company is falling to the grounds. -Selfish management. They only think of themselves and their pay, they don't even think of their team or the freelancers. I was working at their HQ and they treat worse than you can imagine. They have 6+ tracking softwares and high-level of micromanagement.
