Pros
Lisa, my regional manager, is VERY responsive. We are very frank with each other about expectations and situations that may arise in daily operation. I'm very grateful I was placed in the house I have. We've restored trust and have great rapport. Very very rewarding job. That's saying something because I've been in this industry for over 30 years.
Cons
I find it bothersome that the head chef isn't clued in to the creation of the weekly budget. We're just given a number, and while most don't care I do. I'm a overly fair boss for my people, yet they know my expectations and refuse to let me down. They know "corporate " food systems as do I. I just want to make what I earn. Pain and simple.
