Terrible company - Sous Chef Upper Crust Food Service Employee Review

Upper management doesn't care about their employees, they will promise one thing and never deliver, they say that they'll pay breaks but you have to be with the company for 5 years before you get those paid breaks, forced to use terrible premade product instead of making from scratch, their non-compete basically says you can't work in food services on college campuses ever again. Just not worth it go private
