Pros

Good people, well, atleast the ones who don’t talk behind your back

Cons

-They’re broke. Payroll bounced on us, as well as being late several times as well. The entire finance department quit within a few months of each other (which should tell you something). -Favoritism and Segregation is by far the largest issue at this office. It creates a suffocating and toxic work environment. Your voice will not be heard if you don’t speak Mandarin, be warned. You’ll watch certain coworkers get praised for quite literally sleeping at their desks, while others are barely even acknowledged at all. -shady foreign equity acquisition drama… if you’re okay with debt collectors banging on the office door screaming for the CEO’s wife (whose name is on the loans…another red flag), then by all means, work at UpSpring.

Pros

wonderful products. truly thought out and tested for consumer satisfaction.

Cons

money management. budgeting is not a concept. blaming scams and bad decisions on others and not taking ownership that you just screwed up. not paying people and choosing who gets paid is against the law. not adhering to Texas employment regulations, notating you paid money to insurance, 401K, HSA but never did but it is reflected in paychecks that the money was taken out of our pay. So where is the money. Not communicating we have no insurance.
