UpRecruit has been an excellent place to build on my professional skills and learn the ins and outs of technical recruiting. I get to build rapport with some of most brilliant tech professionals in Phoenix, and it's incredibly fulfilling helping them land their dream job. Working with such a creative, talented team is just the icing on the cake!
Cons
None, aside from the minor bummer that I haven't gotten to meet coworkers in person yet due to Covid! Like any other startup, the pace is fast and the focus can pivot (not a con if you're ready to work hard and grow fast!)
