      - good pension benefits - nice office space - good pipeline

      Cons

      - constant crunch time and overtime - working weekends and late hours - MPC toxic since they got most of old MPC people joined, most production is ex-MPC!! Technically MPC under different name!

      Not many pros for working in a studio headquartered in London. Helpful HoP and EP
