      Pros

      Real agile environment: you own your product from bare-metal development up to sales. Flat organisational structure and management always open to ideas: anybody can really make a difference. Great business with a lot of opportunities.

      Can't really find anything negative.

      Pros

      I love my team and the dynamic we have created. We have each other's backs and will always be available to help each other. The work life balance is pretty great!

      Cons

      Pay could be better Feels like we aren't paid the market value of this position.

      Pros

      Young company in the US with potential to grow and opportunities to learn for entry level. There were cool things in the office like snacks, occasional lunches, game table.

      Cons

      Lots of disconnect between headquarters (London) and external offices. Not enough people support so some of us were overworked at times.
