Pros
Even the chance to help children is hindered by the operations of this agency.
Cons
With so many other in-home agencies out there, this is one to pass on. This agency doesn't pay staff on time and constantly changes the billing process. They allowed healthcare benefits to lapse, leaving some staff without coverage... and did not tell the staff. Children's identifiable information is submitted through non-HIPAA approves means through the billing process. They are working out of a building without a city approved fire certificate for ther occupancy of use.
The talk that the are an "open door" agency is untrue and you will find that ther first time you attempt to reach out. Good luck trying to get in touch with management if you need. They even got rid of the only director that I thought was responsive to staff. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
