The company doesn't have ethics and the organization structure is very autocratic. There is hardly any freedom to innovate and the company has huge legacy inertia to get things done smartly. The average age is very high and one of the reason for the conservative and conventional approach to things. They rope in clients with huge promises, most which they aren't able to fulfill. The operations team still relies on manual procedures and there is hardly any automation or use of technology.
