Pros
Flexible requested time off. And free coffee. Nice coworkers and wear what you want.
Cons
They only pay you up to 11 dollars, and 9 hour shifts are mandatory for most of the year. You work in a factory that gets up to 100 degrees with no air conditioning. The owners of the company are in a men's only church group. They invite all Male supervisors to golf outings and exclude all female supervisors. They don't hide it from anyone this is open knowledge to all. They bring religion to the workplace in the form of "book clubs". The only people of color that work there are in the factory positions. Their two largest contracts are clothing lines that are really into the 2nd amendment. They print shirts with the date of the capital riots inscribed, and have printed a shirt stating "trump won the election". If all of that doesn't bother you for 11 dollars an hour, then at least you get free food sometimes. And coffee.
