Only pro is for someone that does not want a day off, asking for time off is a no no.
Cons
Business office mangers have no clue how to manage employees in a respectful manner, They tell can never come out an do employees jobs, always asking us how to do something, because they have no idea, The managers running the office have only been there less then 4 years, and yet they come in and change the way everything was done. They should be careful of being audited because if anyone came in and really checked into some accounts, they would see monies not being refunded, credits sitting on accounts. patients being billed for things they should not be billed for. What was once a great company to work for is no longer. I wish some. We have no one to talk to in the company, the HR dept. runs right back to the management. There was once a mention regarding sexual harrassment, and nothing was done, except to speak to the person. They should have been fired.
