The people who work there are amazing. Dedicated, caring, the type that roll up their sleeves and do what they can to get the job done.

Parking is pretty tight though you can always find street parking--you might have to walk quite a ways though. Because it is in a residential area there are not options close by for coffee or breakfast however the school has started giving employees money to go onto their accounts to off set the cost of eating at the school--and the food is great!

Great community, good work/life balance, perks (swag, food, treats), lots of professional development opportunities, kind community, nice to work with people who are passionate about their jobs.

Medical and dental benefits could be better (employees covered at 100% but it’s very pricey to have dependents), we’ve had a lot of transition with leadership and I’m looking forward to having solid leadership in place once again. One negative, and I hate to say this, is that we have recently hired some employees who are very, very progressive (even by Seattle standards!!) and a little off-putting with their heavy handed tactics. I think they have forgotten that this is a school, and a business.
