Pros
I’ve honestly had a great experience working here. It’s a lot of work, especially during the busy season, but you’re never left on your own. There’s constant support, coaching, and people you can reach out to when you need help. You’re trusted with real responsibility, which pushes you to grow fast.
I’ve learned more about leadership, communication, and running a business here than I ever expected. The culture is driven and competitive, but also supportive. When you’re willing to put in the effort, the results show. It’s demanding, but in a good way.
Cons
It’s definitely not an easy role. The hours can be long and the pressure is real during peak months. You have to be self motivated and willing to handle challenges head on. But if you’re looking to grow, that’s part of what makes it valuable.
