Pros
Nice people, great atmosphere - good opportunity for international business. The training was good. Those without experience have intensive classroom training followed by mentoring and on-the-job training. Supportive management. They follow your work, try to find bottlenecks and devise ways to overcome them.
Cons
Downsides are not really with management or the company. Employees need to be prepared for a seat-of-your-pants experience of international business! It is adventurous and entrepreneurial. Good for some, less good for "office bodies" who just want to do filing.
