Pros

Down to earth people to work with; great people at the lower levels Not micromanaged Flexibility to go to the park during the daytime to de-stress and to learn about the customer's experiences - very nice perk!

Cons

Lack of leadership from the top - including levels below - all management levels. Leadership does not lead by example - all talk, no walk Heavy middle management impeding the company's agility strategy The infrastructure and architecture is outdated and unstable - it needs fixing before moving forward with new projects Start managing the right things and stop managing the wrong things. The company is losing $$$ and cannot see it (too much heavy middle management and upper management and poor code/infrastructure/architecture) No IT strategy or alignment with projects Poor Communication and poor organization

Pros

Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

Cons

Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
