Great President and a great learning environment

Nothing major. All companies have room for improvement.

Great place to start your welding career or pad your resume, but not much more than that. Easy work most of the time, relaxed rules/management most of the time. Plant manager is awesome, easy to talk to and treats employees well for the most part. Keep a decent attitude and reasonable work ethic and you'll have no issues. It's hard to get disciplined or fired from this job

When it gets busy, it's nonstop all day every day until you're caught up, It can be quite unpredictable, at least in my experience as a welder. Pay is a bit below average.
