Pros

I liked that Universe had stable hours. They provided lunch during season hours and they give you a percentage of on orders. You can listen to music and have fun while getting your work done. I love this part . Dave: manager, Rick : supervisor Brad : supervisor were the best! But Rick was moved . Brad quit and the place went down hill!

Cons

They offered 17 an hour and then paid us 15 after the holidays were over. When they didn't have anything to do they made you go to there main building, go home with out pay or made you use your PTO. Management at times were not for you but always stressing. The ones who worked and were in every day were always the ones who would be yelled at. HR really didn't do there job and is not for there workers only there for there management. Other workers were always in your business. So you would never know if you would get a full day of pay . It's sad a company hires you 40 hours and you get less than that. Workers have been there for years and still make less than 16 an hour.. it's a shame😭

Pros

Plenty of mobility/advancement opportunity within the company. Fun environment/workplace culture. Full of great people at all levels and across departments. Employee discounts and sometimes freebies. Flexible remote work options and generous PTO. An excellent place for job seekers to step into an entry-level role, learn skills, make connections and accelerate their career.

Cons

The pay for entry-level roles is not as competitive as it could be. Company has laid off a number of people in recent years with little or no notice.

Pros

Small company. Hybrid work schedule. Management was nice.

Cons

Legacy employees didn’t want to put in extra effort to change. 1 executive had a place on the board, which caused numerous problems as the CEO and other executives were regularly undermined. These two things were significant to the ultimate failure of the company.
