Unlike other businesses, where the name of the game is to put your head down and do your job, at UO they value employee feedback and ideas. It allows everyone to share their creative side and makes thier voice be heard.

Being a customer service based company, no two days are identical. However the challenges that come up are welcoming for someone with problem solving skills.
