Toxic manager, toxic team and a lot of nepotism. We were doing trainings on compliance and requested act in a certain way, while the manager and the director were breaking a lot of compliance rules. The team had a rotation of 6-7 employees in the pat 2-3 years, HR didn't bother at all to understand why everyone was quitting the department.
