Pros
Nice office. Benefits: you get five days of vacation after first full year of work. You also have two paid sick and two paid personal days a year (one personal and two sick days for shop workers). Five paid national holidays.
Cons
Totally authocratic management which doesn't listen to anybody. Corporate meetings consist mostly of yelling, name calling and blaming employees for the mistakes of top-managers. No excuses accepted. Top-management pays lip service to "team work", but actually attentively cultivates scheming against co-workers and rewards the most employees who're silent at meetings, but tell management about every word spoken around the shop or office. In addition to that, you may be asked to perform some shady unethical operations and be yelled at if you refuse to perform them. There is not a single person working in this company who wouldn't dream of leaving. No training, no clear instructions either, just yelling when you've done anything "wrong" - i.e. something you didn't know about, because nobody cared to tell you. Company is also struggling financially because of the poor management desicions. No health insurance, no 401k, even no direct deposit.
