If you're licensed/bilingual, you get paid more $... that's pretty much it.
Cons
They'll communicate that you're a customer service rep, but it IS A SALES POSITION. If you're NOT looking for sales, this IS NOT for you!! They emphasize that educating the customers is the most important thing, and for the most part, they believe that and enforce it. But you will ALSO be penalized if you have a bad string of customers where no one wants to spend money.
