Although the pay is good, that does not out way the stress and demands from all levels of management that are put on Sellers. This company is in a state flux and lacks a clear direction. Sales Account Managers spend more time working on tasks from management, updating CRM, Checking Dashboards, making sure they have a minimum 20 plus touch points with customer contacts per week and apologizing to customers for constant price increases, missing orders, late deliveries and customer service issues. I began my career at this company in 2006 and loved my job until 2014 when slowly the Corporate Mindset sucked all of the fun out of selling! They say they are "a place were people matter" in the end they are a place were as long as you are hitting your numbers and don't have an opinion on anything regardless of your work ethic you are safe. Once your numbers are not at the level that "they" feel they should be, watch out because they will put you on a Performance Plan to get ride of you! That is how they "reduce workforce" They put you on a plan that you will never successfully complete then they terminate you! Toxic work environment were sellers are always looking over their shoulder
