Since the change in ownership a couple of years back, this company has now cultivated an extremely toxic work environment where employees are no longer valued. Loyalty and severance is basically a liability and unfortunately customers are suffering with poor service from newer unqualified hires who get little or no direction from management. This company is heading into a downward spiral because of this mistrust, lack of due care and attention.
