Ever since I applied for this job, I've always felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The recruitment team, HR management, and my supervisors have been nothing but supportive throughout my entire journey.
Cons
You don't get benefits until your 6th month, In my role, you can get easily burnt out at 3 months + the night shift lowers your immune system. It would have been nice to have paid leaves or HMO credits during my probation period.
