Awful - avoid! - Anonymous employee Unite Students Employee Review

Corporate chummy culture stuck in the 90’s/00’s. Say they’re flexible and family friendly but only certain employees (chums of the higher ups?) seem to secure flexibility- otherwise you’re expected to be in 2-3 times a week. Managers constantly promote the ‘culture’ which appears to be disorganised, chaotic and boozy…there are lots of young graduates about (in some departments) and people on FTC’s which says a lot. Managers deploy toxic behaviours and are rewarded. Real talent and skill is ignored in favour of someone who agrees and is up for after work drinks. It’s a very odd place.. Minimal inclusion and diversity. Massive turnover. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
