Pros
1. They pay well and are remote friendly 2. They are genuinely invested in growing the crypto ecosystem 3. There is upward mobility for people doing well in their jobs 4. They are well funded, so you have job security
Cons
1. 0 idea what is going on with upper management. Most folks are (leaving/fired) within their first year. It's a bit of a S*** show 2. Many folks are over promoted and incompetent in their job role. 3. Very little process which leads to large amounts of iterations that often times add little to no value improvement between iterations
