Originally had good people that knew the industry and their jobs functions Good Compensation
Cons
Horrible understanding of culture and lack of industry knowledge and poor executive and VP level management. Lots of hiring over the last 2-3 years of very inexperienced mgmt. at senior levels with limited experience in mortgage finance but with very elevated self images of their skills.
