This created a toxic atmosphere that hindered collaboration and teamwork. Micro-managing was rampant within the organization, stifling creativity and autonomy among employees. It felt as if every move was scrutinized, leaving little room for innovation or personal growth. The constant oversight only served to demoralize the team, making the workplace an oppressive and stressful environment. To make matters worse, the existing employees did little to welcome or support new team members. The unfriendly atmosphere made it difficult for newcomers to integrate into the team and feel like valued members of the company.
