      Pros

      The pay is good, but it wasn't until recently

      Cons

      The majority of management is incompetent. Had to be promoted via buddy system or because someone knew too much. They dont mind that the facilities look like a dump. Work life balance doesnt exist

      Great management, overtime usually available, diverse workforce, EXCELLENT benefits, Company cares about you!

      Cons

      Production can fluctuate sometimes, last minute notice of ot or ot cancellation.

      Pretty much everything. Lack of communication, high turnover, and lack of training.
