Pros
Flexible, Understanding and Supportive for employees at the company. Friendly atmosphere and great staff. Pay is suitable for students and they also provide pension schemes and advice to help with the decision making process.
Cons
The only major con is the parking at Unipol's head office as the cobbled road is always busy and has numerous cars parked on double yellows making it difficult to get out.
