Poor leadership. Company CEO rarely at the office, has no idea or even cares what is happening. The three Chief officers cannot get along with each other. But not really an issue when they travel outside the United States on the company dime (This is a local phone company, and wireless in Wyoming, dreadful coverage in Montana, Colorado, and Utah. Why would they pay for international travel? CTO is overseas more than in town. Also engaged in felonious activities making firearm silences on the company owned 3D printer and Lathe, deceptive reporting of the regulated business, falsified reporting of drive test data to gain federal funding. They allow harassment from Director level employees. Leadership talks about other family members. And being a family company, family members can get away with drug and alcohol abuse, yet other employees have to tow the line. Human Resources, is totally useless, have no authority, seems they are only interested in publishing the family history book.
