Pros
My work was recognized and my input was taken into consideration which makes me feel valued as an manager and employee. Great learning experience.
Cons
Inconsistent and at times contradicting values from upper management. Work life balance varies greatly by location ranging from manageable to virtually no personal life outside of work. Organizational culture is behind the times in spite of initiatives and efforts to move it into the 21st century.
