Pros

1. Learning hub: Lots of thing to learn and best thing is company gives you the opportunity . 2. Job Rotation: You can change your role after a stint of approx 2 yrs or more. 3. Work Life Balance. 4. Caring about employees especially about their health and safety

Cons

1. Managers company: They hire Business Leadership Trainees from top colleges and recruit them as managers. They get promotions after and time interval of 2-3 years. Whereas people joining as executives has to wait for an indefinite period of time to move ahead in their career. A number of people succumb to this expectation and end up as non performers.. 2. Yearly increment happens on basic which account to peanuts.

It is a large company with a record of 3 years without a recordable injury. Occasionally feeds the employees

Cons

The biggest issue with this plant and it invades every aspect of the company is a complete lack of ability to properly communicate information. The applies internal to departments, across departments and up and down. They have the technology to do it, just not the organization. Company could probably use much more Engineering organization.
