      Work from home, good tech stack.

      Cons

      Out of touch management with a do as I say and don't ask questions attitude. Told X amount of benefits are coming on my interview, no benefits other than the option to pay for health care was ever offered.

      I loved everything i worked with, they are passionate about the mission and what they do. great culture and work life balance.

      Pros

      positive work culture - perks at the office - pretty good PTO plan (20 days with 5 rollover)

      Cons

      upper management is out of touch with reality of sales reps talking to customers. Software for legacy products looks outdated and hard to upsell. 3 year contracts deter new clients.
