Pros

They supposedly have a 'unlimited holiday' policy but doubt anyone will take more than 30 days this year They hired some great people but have let some really good ones go recently as they 'grew too fast'

Cons

The founders pretend to get along but don't really - they are at loggerheads They can't agree on whether to launch banking or focus on funding They are no longer a hyper growth fintech They don't know how to navigate the current crisis They recently made a bunch of excellent people redundant after hiring them just recently Do not come work here
