Ultralights is small, but mighty. This results in the wearing of many hats and different tasks on a daily basis. As such, there are very few dull moments and constant challenges and ways to grow.

Ultralights is small, but mighty. (Yes, that is apart of the pro too.) Because the company is smaller, there is not as much room for internal promotion on the office side as one may want. I believe there is some more movement on the production floor side.

Laid back environment. Got along with other employees.

Management has no experience in the work flow. Nothing is streamlined. have to come up with new work processes on the fly. Low Pay.
