We take all feedback seriously and appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. There are lots of positive changes for Ultra ahead in the next 12 months.
Benefit package is great, the employees on the production floor are awesome. Weekends off for most.
Cons
Two acquisitions have changed management way over the threshold of what teams can handle. Absolutely everything is done on paper and Excel, very little real time data. Rude leadership without answers to everyday issues makes success very hard to attain. Especially when the target is constantly moving.
